Eryn received both her Bachelors (2012) and Master’s (2014) Degrees in Social Work from the University of Alaska Anchorage. With over 15 years experience she has worked in the worlds of hospitals, hospice, inpatient psychiatric facilities, intensive outpatient programs and group practice.

She has worked with a wide variety of clients over the years from adolescents who are experiencing suicidal ideation and crisis to adults who struggle with anxiety and depression. She has a long history of working with caregivers who are grieving loss and individuals working through trauma. She also has a passion for health and body image, wanting to help client's feel more confident in their skin and be comfortable as they are.

Eryn has transitioned to doing group work because of it allows clients to see that they are not alone as they work through their journeys and provide a sense of community.

Heather Rhodes

LMSW, LCDC

Heather is a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW), and graduated from the University of Texas at Arlington. She brings a wealth of personal, educational, and professional insights to her work with children and families impacted by substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders.  As a Board Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor (ADC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), Mediator, and Registered Yoga Therapist (RYT-I), Heather helps families untangle the complexities of issues through conversations, supporting the need to find restoration in family relationships, while navigating work stress and personal growth.

Additionally, Heather specializes in supporting professionals who have demanding and high-stress careers, co-parenting, divorce and high-conflict relationships, custody issues, and the more broad challenges of “adulting” in today’s fast-paced society. Her ability to empathize and listen with compassion leads to a more transformative process and allows her clients to realize what options are available to clients, while focusing on solutions and moving forward on their unique journeys to more meaningful lives.  Her expertise in case management, evidence-based interventions, and unique problem-solving skills serves as a guide in the healing process.
