Individual therapy focuses on one client and their goals for treatment. Our therapists use evidence based techniques and several different modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, EMDR and Solution Focused Therapy. Please reach out with any questions.

Couples therapy doesn't just mean married couples or even romantic ones. Couples therapy helps two people work through one or several issues together to help create healthy dynamics and communication. Our therapists are familiar on the theories with Gottman as well as other techniques.

There are several kinds of groups with different goals. Some are open groups where you can come in and out at any time. Some are closed groups that have a specified start and end date. Groups are a great place to work with other individuals who are experiencing some of the same things. We use process groups, psychoeducation and other methods to help alleviate concerns clients come with.
