Bariatric Pregnancy Group
This group meets weekly to help discuss the stressors of pregnancy after a bariatric surgery. This will include changes in weight, appetite, hormones and ay other concerns while pregnant.
Style: Open. Texas Residents Only
Cost: $45 per group
Time: Saturdays 330-430pm CST

Grief Group
Grief is never an easy thing to go through but it is a part of life. This is a 12 week group that meets weekly to process the loss of a someone whose death has impacted you. This group is intended for an adult who has passed away.
Type: Closed. Texas Residents Only
Cost: $45 per session or $475 if paid up front.
Time: Fridays 530-630pm CST
Weight Loss Group
This group meets weekly in order to speak about issues related to weight gain and trying to lose. This is not a nutrition group, but rather a place to learn about the psychology of food and to help create accountability with other members.
Style: Open. Texas Residents Only
Cost: $45 per group
Time: Tuesdays 1130-1230pm CST
